For the fight in question, you'll have to deal with a significant amount of robots while lasers cross the arena and the plates on the ground progressively get electrified, leaving you less and less room to fight. Check the number on those and you'll have enough to guess the rest.
The Robot is way back in the room, next to the Ferris wheel. The Oscar like statue is right in the front of the switchs. The rest is quite straight forward! For the combination to open the factory door, just look around for numbers in the objects that represent each switch. There is only one tricky fight on this DLC.
